We have a steep paved driveway that requires 4WD in icy/snowy conditions. The remainder of the time, a 2WD is sufficient; however, may be challenging for some guests. Many guests may not feel comfortable navigating the driveway, but you may use the overflow parking next to the nearby community pool for parking during your stay. The lower section of the driveway has 2- pull off parking spots. The upper section of the driveway can easily accommodate another 5 vehicles with careful arrangement. !!There is no street-level parking at our property ‼️No tires can be parked on the pavement in the street parking or will be subject to towing‼️.

We have a 50A plug outside the home that can be used for electric vehicle charging. (BYO-charging cord/plug)

As you step through the lower-level front doors into the game room, you’ll know why you chose this home for your vacation! The wood slat led-lit ceilings highlight the wet-bar, 8ft billiards table with removable ping-pong topper, 3x arcade games (Pacman, NFL Blitz & NBA Jam), shuffleboard table and Popcorn maker. Plenty of action, plus a wall-mounted 65in Roku TV for your streaming needs. We have additional games and childrens games found in the space under the stairs including Big Connect 4, Big Jenga and a Horseshoe Ring Toss. The rec-room has a queen-size pull-out sofa that sleeps 2-guests. Time for some fun!

Please rest assured, the kitchen is fully equipped, but it’s the views that WOW you!

You get all the amazing views of the mountains as the main-level, and you’ll love the giant wagon wheel chandelier hanging over the living room. The upstairs showcases 2-private bedrooms, 1 with an King bed ensuite 2-vanity bathroom and the other with 2-Queen beds. A 2nd brand-new (Aug-24) full shared bathroom is on the upper level. The king room has a 55in Roku flat panel tv while the 2-Queen room has a 50in Roku television and Infinity Game Table. We provide plenty of yoga mats for those wanting to use the loft or decks for exercise or meditation.
